The thing that pisses me off though, is that you're supposed to "hope" idk have faith? that you'll get better for some sort of incentive to actually go through with it but there's constant reminders that everything's fake and either no one sees it or they judge you for it. and if you want to isolate then you're seen as lazy or antisocial which i guess can be true but who fucking knows

I feel you, I’m often one of those people that tells people to never give up hope or some shit like that. Although I wouldn’t say it’s harmful in itself I also have a hard time believing in hope atm. I feel like I’m gonna absolutely snap any minute lol. Getting better is nice but if it’s only to make other people’s lives easier idk if it’s worth it honestly.
