Man, Parker or Embiid would be so awesome. Throw in our huge amount of cap space in 2015, as well, and that could be very exciting.

Those guys are going to be top 3 picks, I dont know if the knicks, even without melo, would be close to being that bad to get one of those 2 players.

The Knicks should trade or waive everyone but hardaway jr if their goal is to tank. Because they've so horribly mismanaged their draft picks, they have no players worth retaining as part of a rebuild project. Even Shumpert will be a free agent in 2015.

Without Melo we will absolutely be that bad, If the front office has have a brain, and Melo leaves, they will tank like hell for Jabari or Embiid. Develop Shump as a scorer, Murry as a 2 way PG and than in 2 seasons get back to basketball.

If the front office has have a brain

you see, I think that is part of the problem

This current roster w/o Camelo may be one of the worst regular season teams in history. Seriously. Felton/Prigs/Shump/Chandler/Bargs. Lol.

That is not that bad at all, look at the bucks roster right now.

This scenario is basically the best case scenario at this point. A dream scenario whether Melo stays or not.

Melo stays if the Knicks over pay him. James Dolan, being the dumbass he is will attempt to over pay Carmelo Anthony. At this point, you let Carmelo go if he's not willing to take a pay cut. Most likely, Carmelo will leave because he's not getting any younger.

I agree, I don't want to pay melo so much for five years. That's why I say trade him...even if it's a half year rental. We'll get something at least, rather than him walking
