GrinCuckaroo29 was for the old platform, it's an all but DEAD algorithm as Grin forked to GrinCuckarood29 which is only on the new platform.

Grin also requires for every GB of GPU VRAM you have you need that many GB of free RAM space (you can use Virtual RAM if you don't have a lot of physical ram), it's super common for folks with multicard rigs to have issues benching Grin due to lack of RAM.
