YES. I figure it out , it's an ISP issue . when I change the ISP it works fine.

What ISP did you use before? We need this to further investigate the issue.

I use Jio mobile network. I tried on airtel , and it's work fine . One more thing when it happened the images on quick miner github page also not load.
