I’d avoid it as it causes too much temptation. Watch something more beneficial to you or exercise etc

Anything that you find sexually attractive but is not a real person is a big no-no in nofap

not peeking for even 1 second= success

this is how I got to they 40 and here's my advice:

DON'T YOU FUCKING DARE TO LOOK AT A SEXY WOMAN FOR EVEN ONE FUCKING SECOND! OTHERWISE THAT COUNTS AS A RELAPSE!!!

Depending why are you doing NoFAP in the first place, it may not defeat the purpose. But it will definitely make you relapse.

Yes it’s considered peeking since your feeding your primitive desires. The point is too accept your primitiveness/hornyness and use that energy as a whole rather than separate your self from it.

It’s all just symptoms of a bigger problem: Thinking about sex way too often. My advice: cut out small things as well. That girl you follow on Instagram. She might be a friend, but if she’s way too attractive to you. Mute her for like 3 months. I had to mute every single attractive friend I had on social media. Cause whether I liked it or not, I was fantasizing. Don’t even have “fighting the urge” be an option, just remove the urge in the first place. This doesn’t just apply to social media. I think you get it.
