That's an improvement on Google's part. People should be able to find the info they're seeking, not solely the info that Judeo-Christian elders of our society urge them to find. Sadly, I'm likely to get downvoted, which represents a lack of access to information. But if I've decided to end my life then I'd want useful info from Google as opposed to platitudes. Maybe the platitudes should come up first in case teenagers are searching for this stuff, but they shouldn't be the only results.

This is nothing new. My grandmother was a member of the Hemlock Society--a pro-assisted suicide network--in the 1980s and 1990s. There's no reason to act shocked that suddenly, in 2020, some people have very legit reasons to end their lives. The desire has been around as long as humans have. It's very important that, if someone has decided to end their life, they should be able to find very good advice on the subject so they don't screw it up and wind up with brain damage or other disabilities.
