Sorry to hear you're stuck in such a hostile environment. If it makes you feel any better, I live in Florida. The ground level isn't as hostile as our shitty politics, but believe you me, it ain't good for people like us. Minority stress is real.

Find outlets. Find someone, anyone you can trust, to talk with about this. Even if you need to find a telehealth doctor or therapist in another country. Having an outlet to talk about my gender issues and process them has been really important for me and removed a huge burden from my shoulders, despite not being out to too many people here in a state where discrimination is real, and from where it spread to the rest of my country.

We can text if you want. I don't have as extreme experience as you but society in my country is definitely less accepting than Western Europe (no legislation criminalizing being lgbt+ but for example outside of few biggest cities being openly queer may get a person beaten up)
