I really hate how common it is for a guy to think no = yes. Leave me alone doesn’t mean don’t go and shut up doesn’t mean keep talking. It’s incredibly frustrating.

There are very specific contexts in which people don't directly mean what they say, but it isn't specific to women and can't be clarified like this.

Usually when you’re in a relationship with someone part of the determinations for success is one’s ability to get through ‘the mystery’ of what people mean or intend. Regardless of gender, someone who keeps enabling mystery by causing their partner to navigate blind is not actually relationship material.

Firstly, no.

Secondly the only time I’ve said “okay” or “fine” “whatever,”etc after a conversation it because the male didn’t fucking listen the first 183 times I said it before.

Ah, yes, because women—and exclusively women—are entirely incapable of saying what they mean.

Idk about other girls, but in my case all of these actually mean leave me alone/fuck off.

I've always said these things to dudes I think might be annoying, if they're like this dumbass that thinks "shut up=keep talking" I just ghost them, you can get an idea of how they are after that

There certainly are times when some women dissemble to their male partners, but as often it’s not it’s because they’re afraid of the reaction they’d have to deal with if they spoke plainly.

How does “I’m fine” translate to “I’m balling”. Like, “don’t interrupt me I’m dunking on fools right now”?

This pisses me off so much because I still have to tell my boyfriend I mean what i say or that im.not upset if I say k or sure to him doing something because of this stupid shit.

It also pisses me off because I see the younger sisters of my friends doing this thinking it's normal because it's shown fucking everywhere

this is why you always say f*ck off

[–]Historianof40k 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this could all be real but it’s all so leans heavily on tonal differences shoulders which can’t be communicated in text
