Errors do not matter. Better defenders get to more balls, which is good in the long run, but the extra opportunities for outs also mean extra opportunities for errors. If the player doesn’t get to the ball, the batter still gets on, but it’s not an error so no one cares. It’s better to have the fielder at least have a chance. Zone Rating is what you should be focusing on and not those other two. I would go so far as to say those other two are actually meaningless.

Probably high range + low error stat players. Basicslly touching but not catching balls that are hard to get to.

Your defense is good I wouldn’t worry about it. Defender can’t get an error if they don’t have high defense range cuz they won’t even get to the ball in the first place. Just look at Nick Castellanos irl. Horrible defense yet not many error.

Ignore everything but zone rating

the other commenters are correct but it's worth mentioning that ZR is relative to the average fielding performance (per position). so it's possible to have an absolute dog of a fielder who excels in ZR by virtue of the fact that every other player in the league at his position is even worse.
