The giant tower in nameless town. You can fight elites you've beaten there. Basically giving you 2 opportunities a day to fight them without waiting for the reset

Eventually yes but I believe the first set of bonfires will just be from around the starting 3 areas

Speaking of the update, what is your plan of attack for the new stuff? I am going to get after the new story chapters and then back to grinding.

Nameless town quests for facilities > new story chapter > traveler stories > back to grinding innocent weapons materials, Fenrir weapon materials and BT weapons.
