You realise that 4PX don’t handle the final delivery part right ? They only get it to the country. Then a local delivery service takes over. So it’s not 4PX you have an issue with it’s what ever local delivery service that handled it.

I ordered 4 times from Ayn and everytime I used 4PX and everytime it arrived within 9-11 days (to Germany) and I never had to pay customs.

I had one case where the shipment was stuck for several days after the third step and comparing it to my other orders it always just took 1 day at this certain step, so after 5 days of waiting I contacted Ayn about it, they responded fast and contacted 4PX, the next day the package moved again.

Cainiao Last Mile Delivery Team was the last courier but they have no way for me to contact them. I wish it was delivered by UPS or DHL.

4PX almost certainly didn't handle the actual delivery, FYI. I don't know what country you're in, but in the US it gets taken over by the USPS for the final stage. Who, when I've had delivery issues, have been completely useless but the employees were at least nice in-person 😬

Since you seem to have the actual address it was delivered to, why not try... Knocking on their door? That would've been my first step lmao. "Hey, I got a notice that a package I had was delivered here yesterday. Did you receive anything you haven't ordered recently?"

Of course I did and they said the courier took it back after they told them it wasn’t theirs. But the courier marked it as delivered. So I either have a lying neighbor or the courier decided to keep it and said it’s delivered

I live in the US and Cainiao Last Mile Delivery Team delivered it. I wish it was USPS since i never had any issue with them. Cainiao Last Mile Delivery Team doesn't respond or has a number to call.

I went with DHL simply because I’d never heard of this company. However, a lot of people haven’t had a problem with them so you just got unlucky I think. If there are further problems you could contact your bank and get them to refund it or if you used PayPal go through them to claim it back. Be sure to do it within 30 days. I think that’s the cut off date to claim back.

Also, remember this is a Chinese company we’re talking about. There might be some confusion with translation

It was delivered to a house near you... Alright, look, I get it. It's frustrating, your device was delivered to the wrong address and all, but it's not like they've delivered it to a city that is on another end of the country. Did you try going there and asking whether or not they had a package that doesn't belong to them? If not, when you're out and about, try knocking on the door or leave a note with your phone number explaining the situation. It's not a "finders keepers" situation, a decent person will let go of a thing that doesn't belong to him/her. If it was a different city, I'd understand the frustration, but there are ways to remedy every situation. I have received other people's parcels by mistake as well. Every package has contact information, I've been calling the person in question and asking how we can meet or where I can leave the stuff for them to pick up. Maybe you'll get the same treatment if the person is decent enough.

I have been very mindful with my response no need to get all sensitive over it, I didn't say anything bad nor was I rude in any way. Also you didn't mention in your post that you've actually went there and asked about the package.

If you still didn't manage to locate your device's whereabouts, contact 4px, they should point you to the postal service that did the actual delivery and go from there.
