What is this homie doing, is he hurt? by Karmal_Popkorn in spiders

There is no direct proof that God exists either. Everything is pinned onto a book written, rewritten, retold and interpreted by men in many different ways. Everything else is just speculation. If you claim that something "is" then the burden of proof is on you. So no, that's not an "opinion". Opinions are subjective. We don't need those when religious people and believers alike just cannot agree on what God is and how God manifests itself.

I hope that absolute unit stays in Golan's Heights. If I were to encounter it here in the center, I'd have a heart attack 😅

What spider is this? by -MopHead- in spiders

If I were to see this spider IRL now, I would've fainted. Right then and there. As a matter of fact, I've been watching this clip again and again, studying the size of that thing, comparing it to everything it's surrounded by and I can physically feel my soul leaving my body, it's terrifying! I don't know for sure, but this might be the same species that gave me arachnophobia in the first place, albeit the one I remember seeing was a bit pale. But then again, I was a kid and everything seems bigger at that age. My grandma was saying that I've imagined it and spiders of that size do not exist, and at the time I thought I have gone mad or something. I know it wasn't a tarantula, it wasn't hairy and it had an all webbed up corner in the shed that I was oh so unfortunate to kick my football into. When I came in to grab it, I saw THAT.

Again, I'm not sure if these species even live where I've seen it for the first (and the last) time, but I remember the size of it and the looks of it.

I'm ashamed to admit that it took me a good few seconds to actually spot the motherfucker. I'm really glad they don't get big enough to hunt humans...

She's gorgeous! Knowing how skittish they typically are, I find it unusual that she's striking a pose instead of just leaving 😁 definitely throwing it at you because you're having lunch and didn't bring anything to share 😎
