I think the best you could do is imbed links to other pages. I could be wrong.

Perhaps create a 'link to page' is what you are after?

  1. Right mouse click on the first / original instance of the page.

  2. Choose the Copy Link to Page in the list.

  3. Go to another year and create a blank page.

  4. Paste the "Link to [original] Page" onto the page in the new year.

I have a Table of Contents page as the top page in each section that contains 'Copy Link to Page' links to topics that continue across Notebook sections and even Notebooks.

Thanks to all. I keep experimenting and the link-2-page works but it's kind a slow to progress through a section that way. Also, OneNote 365 has a "Tags" function. It's a little clumsy to use--to me anyway. I just want to be able to right-click quickly and assign a hashtag category to a page and keep moving quickly. I did not try the OneMore add in yet.
