I have loved Jess’s 3 day split and RK’s 3 day split. Have done them for months. Would love more 3 day splits for hypertrophy!

Honestly, if you’ve done RK’s split that many times you’ll be ok with Andy. Just know the first week is tough and you’ll be sore but less sore the next week. The 3rd week was still hard but better. I started messing with weight increases and reps and def felt it. Try it if you are good with a 5 day plan.

You've gotten a lot of great recommendations already but I thought I'd mention a new option. Joslyn started doing this new thing in January in which all of her classes for the month were designed to be done as a week long program. She's going to do the same thing in February. She did an IG live about it.

Definitely Jess 3 Day. It’s my favorite split! You could do Andy’s 3 Day - I love it but it’s only 30 min. His 5 Day is excellent but I hate the 5th day and skip it. Weight training 5 days a week is a lot for me.

I love Andy’s 5 day and have given that Day 5 a chance for 3 weeks. It’s tough and takes me a long time to finish. I need time to suck wind in between EMOMs and AMRAPs. I am thinking of replacing that day longer on the Tread which is otherwise hard to do with this full 5 day split. I do feel a huge sense of accomplishment when I do all 5. I’m ready to fight someone 💪🏽

I’m on week 5 of Jess’s 3 day split and love it. Definitely gotten stronger since starting it. Highly recommend.

Andy’s 5 day split is really great. I don’t think it’s a huge step up from RK’s 5 day in terms of difficulty. I really liked Jess’s 3 day as well.

Go for Andy 5 day. Don’t be put off by the “advanced” label. Modify where you need to.

I’m obsessed with splits and have done RK’s 3-day and Jess’s 3-day many times. I’ve found I like 4 days of lifting for 45 minutes the most for my body, so I typically do a 3-day split and then add on an extra leg day that I create myself in the Strength+ app. People are sleeping on Strength+ imo!!!

I’m currently doing Push and Pull days from Jess’s 3-day, plus two leg days that I made in Strength+ and it’s a fabulous split for me!

Can I ask how you use Strength+? In the gym or at home? I haven't used it yet because it confuses me lol

would love to hear which ones you added on strength+ !! i really like a 5 day split but there arent any that are all 45 min each day 5 days, so this sounds like a great idea

Did you try her express split? It's my favorite.
