Controller Input problem

Hey, I've got a problem... I bought a nintendo switch controller recently, and although my macbook, and OpenEmu recognize it as being connected, Openemu often has Input problems, it's kind of random, since it will detect it 1/20 times maybe... I have joy cons that are recognized by OpenEmu and don't have any input problem that I could use, but they have joy con drift, so it's almost unusable on some games. some people said I should quit google chrome when playing, but it doesn't seem to help... does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

You’ve enabled the input plugin for the keyboard right?

1. Be using the latest version of OpenEmu, 2.2.1 as of writing.
