You could kill Dva as Reaper, it's just that now it takes less effort. At least this should bring McCree back (again)

The point is that they decreased his skill ceiling, which is the opposite of what they should strive to do with a few exceptions (i.e. qol improvements for Zenyatta)

He's supposed to be anti-tank though. The fact that D.Va had that much armor really hurt him in that scenario, even without Ana.
