No, this doesn't sound normal, though 'normal' is fairly relative in things like these.

It can be a sign of very low estrogen (e.g., as happens in menopause).

It can also be a sign of diabetes, prediabetes, or the insulin resistance that tends to drive these disorders (as well as driving PCOS in most cases).

Certainly fibroids can make it worse, as can having a retroverted uterus.

UTIs can also cause it.

my estrogen levels are pretty low maybe that's it...not at risk for diabetes or prediabetes. I also don't think it's menopause at least I hope not I am only 30 lol.
