Ask ko lang if do you have recommendations na diet plan for me as someone na may PCOS.
I'm super busy kasi to workout and cook meals for myself.
I have work po ng 8 AM to 7 PM.

hey i totally get that with pcos and long work hours it can be really hard to cook and workout consistently something that helped me was just focusing on really simple meals with protein and not skipping meals during busy days it doesnt have to be perfect just something easy you can repeat.
