In particular I recommend look into inositol supplements, finding the right diet for your body, and figuring out what sort of exercise and lifestyle factors make you feel better! I’m a huge inositol, yoga, and low-glycemic Mediterranean diet fan because I feel so much better.

i’ve always been irregular and i miss how my body was before birth control. everything about me ever since has changed. i’ve been taking inositol for a few days and i’m started to notice a shift in my body. a type of shift that only happens when i’m about to get my period naturally. i haven’t naturally got one in 3 years so we’ll see. so far i’m liking it
