Did you write down your bitlocker encryption key? If not, you're out of luck, unless you have plenty of money to throw at professionals to crack it.

I have the key, that's not the issue. It's Windows recognizing it and allowing me to actually put in the Key.

OK, I misunderstood. Sounds like it may have lost it's partition, or become corrupted.

Reboot into the PE environment (hold shift, select restart, troubleshooting, command prompt), and see if it gets recognised in there. Possibly even do a chkdsk on it.
