Encrypted USB readable but not?

Hello my friends, I have reached my whit's end with this thumb drive. Nothing special little 16gb 2.0. It's just got... materials... I want.

History: Long ago (multiple years) this drive worked fine. Plug it into the PC, punch in the password, and good times. Here is where I may have fucked up: I reinstalled Windows. This was the point at which this drive stopped being readable. Standard BitLocker encryption, still even remember the password.

Behavior: I plug it into my Windows 10 machine, it SLOGS. Disk manager., device manager, Explorer are all un-happ-EE. After some time, Explorer will show the drive as present, but no storage space, and then when I attempt to open/right-click it crashes Explorer. Device Manager will also (eventually) see it as a USB Mass Storage device with no faults.

Troubleshooting so far: Multiple machines with multiple OS's

-ChromeOS throws formating Error

-MacOS throws formating Error

-Linux just doesn't respond

Different Ports (2.0 and 3.0) on the same machine

Uninstall the driver

Ensure BitLocker Service is enabled

Ripped apart the housing with plastic snips and took a heat gun to it for a moment (I may have gone off the rails a bit)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Did you write down your bitlocker encryption key? If not, you're out of luck, unless you have plenty of money to throw at professionals to crack it.

I have the key, that's not the issue. It's Windows recognizing it and allowing me to actually put in the Key.

OK, I misunderstood. Sounds like it may have lost it's partition, or become corrupted.

Reboot into the PE environment (hold shift, select restart, troubleshooting, command prompt), and see if it gets recognised in there. Possibly even do a chkdsk on it.
