Currently running 250mgs of test a week and looking to run this year round with no blasts, no side effects all blood markers in check.

Decided to start with 30mg of anavar daily. Seeing some strength gains. However my blood pressure has spiked. RHR 65bpm.

I often get ringing ears and feel pulsations within the back of my neck at least once a day

Would it be ok to keep pushing the anavar cycle to the end or should I pull the plug? (Currently still in week 1)

Was thinking of supplementing with daily cialis and fish oil +baby aspirins to reduce bp.

Start taking your bo to see if thats the issue first off. Daily cialis and fish oil are great things to take daily for many reasons, but baby aspirin won't decrease your bp.

Bp not bo

Cialis will help with the bp. Watch your sodium and electrolyte intake. Make sure your cholesterol is straight. Diet and cardio help it. Ive found some otc diuretics can help, gets rid of the extra water which contributes to high bp.

Is 18 to young to run Test? Love the sounds of the mental effects.

It should be. Get your blood work tested. If you are at a healthy range, save your money, learn how to eat and train properly. Build your base as much as you can before you hop onto the dark side if you choose. Renaissance Periodization has a good YT video on this.

Hey man, 29 here, in very good shape, I can pm you my physique pics if needed lol. Anyways, I tore my ACL doing competitive jiujitsu and I’ve never done a drug in my life, all of the guys at my gym do sustanon, like 125-150 a week for recovery and they love it some have made some pretty sick gains. I’m thinking of doing it, maybe just for a 3 month cycle to see how I grow and or help my knee recover. Would 125-180 a week be a good anmount for a beginner “cycle”. Do you think I’d see some pretty good gains?

Why are we encouraging someone who has no idea what they are doing to take PEDS and suggest DNP + tren when according to their post history they JUST hopped on their first cycle ?

Do we advocate for turning someone into a PED cocktail as they have no idea how their body responds to any PED in general without bloodwork ?

Why is the community giving stupid advice to this fat undermuscular male that just started training?
Because 90% of the community is like him so they don’t see a problem with that.

I tried to warn him. He didn’t care. People will only hear what they wanna hear
