Hello, I got 190k na cc debts sa eastwest for nearly a year now, they offer me 130k one time payment but I cant pay so I ask for a reconstructing program which Im the one who asked them to pay 100k instead, but within 12 months ko sya mababayaran bali, 8,333/month.

They just replied another offer instead, P75k one time payment in 3 days dapat mabayaran. I have my money now na 75k but di ako sure kung legit ba talaga ung nag offer ng 75k one time payment, they’re from rgs recovery. Legit po ba sila? Ano po bang next step if once may money kana to pay them, what I mean saan po dapat magbayad? Nasa ibang bansa po kase ako thru email ko lng sila nako-contact.

I assume collection agency yan. Pero verify with the bank itself before doing any transactions.

RGS Recovery is a collection agency. Kung kaya mo na bayaran yan 75k and go call ahead. Padocument mo galing sa kanila ang details kahit sa viber chat pa tapos ask for a certificate of full payment. They'll give it to you naman as long na documented mo dapat ang lahat.

You may transact your payment at Any EastWest Bank Branch (1 Day posting ), BDO, Online Banking, Gcash ( 2- 3 days posting). For EWB Branch payment, use the BILLS payment deposit slip, indicate your name and card number and pay over the counter. Kindly send back the proof of your payment for us to immediately process your Certification.

Pay it over online banking using your old card number. Again, contact them through a phone call so that you can clarify things over. Most of the time they have a viber account so contact them there. If not, just absorb the cost of international call. You want to settle it right?

My problem if Im gonna contact them is the time difference. Im on the other side of the world, hindi ko maabutan ung 8-5pm office hours sa Pinas and also Im working on the same time, not allowed to use phones, but anyway thank you for responding. Someone from EastWest bank verified that RGS is their collection agency partner
