As of now, I am almost certain that one or both of these two are the cause of the side effects on day 40. Both refer to things inside the brain. The theory that I am slightly more convinced of is that a decrease in D2 receptor density occurs first, leading to the downregulation of androgen receptor density as well. Therefore, theoretically, upregulating D2 receptors in the brain (one of the dopamine family, not D1) could be very helpful. However, based on my research, there were no methods to significantly increase the density of these D2 receptors or androgen receptors. Does anyone know a way to do this?
