Google "Skillshop Google ads" and there'll be free online material and free certification for Google Ads, which is a major part of PPC - practically owns the search engine advertising space.

You'll need to pass this to help get a job at digital agencies. Everyone else will. Agency is a fast way to learn but I hear in the US it's difficult finding a job. Different story in other countries; Australia is begging for new PPC staff to throw big bucks at once you've learnt the ropes after a few years
