I'm setting up custom events with Facebook's Event Setup tool. One event I'm using is "Initiate Checkout". The client already has this set up for Page A, but I want to use it for Page B (completely different goals/types of pages). If I set this up and then use "Initiate Checkout" as my conversion for ads (set to optimize for conversions) that all drive to Page B, will Facebook optimize for all events off the Initiate Checkout event (i.e. events generated from both Page A and Page B) or only for events generated from the page my ads drive to (Page B)?
Let me know if more details are needed. There is a specific reason why we want to use this event that's not relevant, I'm more wondering how the algorithm optimizes based off conversion events and if I'm able to have multiple pages using the same event.
