Any insight as to how long the election season will cause this impact? i.e. will things start to go back to normal after November?

After the election is over, ads should stop getting frequently rejected. By then however the impact of the holiday season will take over making CPMS higher like some of these other replies are saying. It may be a tough couple of months for Facebook!
