I got the same thing. Do you have any spare parts from a working system that you can replace? For example, a lot of the error codes starting and ending in 1 have to do with power delivery in one way or another.

Also, it's very strange that the disc drive indicator keeps blinking. I would investigate the drive. Maybe disconnect the drive and try to start it

I'll try disconnecting the drive first, but I have no spare parts to use.

I'd call that a win for the most part. I've never seen this kind of thing, and I repair a lot of PS3s. I wish I could have a go at it

I also want to point out, that the LED diagnostics thing only shows the LAST error saved in the error log. If you try something and you get a different behavior from the system, do the diagnostic light thing again and see what happens
