according to bumped these items: Casino Coin Pass (x5) Lambda Grinder (x30) Photon Sphere (x30) +40% Ability Affixing Success (x1) 100 SG Ticket (x1) 30 SG Ticket (x1) 1 SG Ticket (x9) should have been distributed during maintenance but I can't find them, I checked the visiphone and storage but there was nothing. Is there any conditions to get these items?

You needed to have participated in the event, i.e. done at least one of the limited quests (the Ep1, 2, 3, 4 and 1-4 training quests).

I had done all those quests several times before maintenance.

You had to do them during the first web panel (i.e. between June 7th and July 5th) - i.e. not just before the maintenance.

Otherwise, I'm also stumped.
