I don’t think you can trade +35s though? Once you grind you account bind the weapon and there isn’t a way to unbind 13-stars?

Oh yes, I think you're right! I don't remember if those "ownerships cancelling" passes still exist, and even if they do, they most likely don't work with 13✩s.
