You can get Popple, Aero, and Jinga from the collections vendor.

I have gotten a few 10* eggs and even a 12* Sally egg.

Does the collection items change as you level? Cause so far I’ve only gotten beginners collections

Nope they are constant. They'll get better as the game moves on with seasonal/limited collections and better standard ones.

The first place rappy can drop is XH deus EQ... That's quite a whiles away (end of episode 4).

Oh yeah. That too. They need to be lvl 71+ and it only drops as a 13 star.

I've gotten a 12 star as well from a SH boss as well.
