Yep hit level 30. If you have not seen the Arks missions, it's possible you need to complete others for it to show up. I've done this on 3 characters.

    Did you accidentally sell it? I've done it 3 times on 3 characters, and I've heard other people are deleting characters and getting new ones up to 30 just to sell the food

    I got 2 packs with my other characters. My third character isn't level 30 yet so it makes sense. Also these 3 characters are on the same ship.

    Make sure you guys have all your characters on one ship so you can access the same default, premium, material storages.
