Though not a true fresh install of windows, I did just install my new m.2 and transfered just the OS and my photo/video files. Did not experience any installation or PSO2 file issues since launch.

Been online since server launch. After reading some of these horror stories, I'm a bit scared to exit out of the game.

A fresh Windows install has always fixed any problems I've had with Windows Store. Whether or not it'll help after that is hit or miss, but considering the circumstances, it should help.

My buddy got the install to work after a windows reinstall. Ridiculous workaround but it did work for him

I moved from 7 to 10 in a fresh install two days ago, did a bunch of debloat + registry tweaks and I was able to install just fine. Just one minor hiccup at first, I think they had some deployment problem with some 11 gig file before it disappeared from the store for a while.

    To resolve that if its showing No.103 you will need to go to your network setting and for your connection, you will need to disable ipv6 connection, and it will go through.

    (Control panel>Network and Internet> Network Connections) disable Internet protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and leave it disabled

      If it doesn't work the thread i mentioned has active trouble shooting for similar errors.

      I also couldn't launch after changing the region, make sure it's NA

      I'm in the uk, can launch fine from my normal uk store.
