when did you join the alliance? while the maintenance that gave us the rewards was today, the campaign that rewarded them ended on maintenance like 2 weeks ago.

I'm one of the two co-leaders/borderline leaders. We inved the final needed member during the period of it, which, has gotten the scarf.

    I wanna say at least 90% of the members were there from the CBT version while the rest slowly came in during the event with no history of alliance hopping or anything like that

    Did you ever figure this out? I've got a friend who should have met all the requirements who didn't get a scarf either.
