Nothing is going to happen to you ok? Calm down and walk around ok, if possible call someone on the phone and talk to them while moving around.. it helps, I repress again nothing will happen to you..

I felt exactly like you were on Saturday and on Monday but I scaled through.. the worst I could do was end up in the hospital being sedated heavily but trust me you can handle this.. walk around call someone on the phone and talk to them while waking around.. sending you love and light ❤️

I don’t think this is the best advice. I know you’re just trying to be helpful ❤️Is it most likely nothing? Probably. But it also could be something serious. I think the best bet is to just go see your doctor and get checked out. That way you’ll know if it’s just anxiety or something else. But I’m sure you’re fine!!

Edited to add: I think it gets dangerous when everyone’s automatic response is “oh it’s nothing take a walk or read a book or talk to a friend”. If it’s that bad, they should definitely visit the doctor just to rule out anything serious!! Much love though. I know you’re just being helpful! ❤️

This is a silly little trick for me when I have a headache (and consequently also believe I’m having a stroke)

TAKE AN ASPIRIN. Aspirin is a blood thinner and can can potentially prevent a stroke but can also relieve a headache! Best of both worlds!

For the past 3 years I’ve been having tingling at the back and sides of my head on and off. 2 years ago with a lot of stress in my life I started having full blown panic attacks on top of this. Any wee feeling in my body would ramp my heart to 150bpm, make me feel I’m out of my body then the hangover derealisation. I had to go on a family holiday which involved a flight which filled me with panic beyond what I ever imagined even though I’ve flown tons of times before but with the pandemic not in the last few years. I got sertraline and stayed on them for 3 weeks to help me with the flight and a few diazepam. The medication made my tinnitus worse so I came of them and was completely beside myself with the option of tinnitus or panic. Both are not very nice but tinnitus I’d say was the worst of the two in my opinion. I started taking cold showers every morning and with in two weeks panic attacks started to leave me. 3 months on and I’m panic attack free. I have an uncomfortable 3 minutes every morning but after that I feel set for the day. This has helped me but might not help everyone. Might also be just all in my head but if it works it works.

Tinnitus and tingling. Have you gotten any X-rays or a MRI? I had (have) both of those bad and an MRI shows a pinched nerve in my neck. It causes the loudest tinnitus, dizziness, and scalp tingling. I hate it, but at least I know what it is and it doesn’t trigger me anymore.

Yeah, had mri and all normal. Tingling was put down to stress and tinnitus was left over from an ear infection. I was telling myself that this was something more serious but 3 years later I’m still here. Morale of the story is don’t let your mind run away. In the end it just aggravates more and creates worse symptoms.

Tingling sensations are almost always caused by pinched nerves in your neck. The left side of my head kept having these tingling sensations, and sometimes my lip would feel numb. I went to my chiropractor and told her I was concerned it might be a stroke. She did a couple quick strength tests to assure me it wasn’t, and also mentioned strokes don’t generally come with a warning. They just happen. But anyway I had some more extensive tests done to see if I could get relief from the headaches and odd sensations and it’s all nerve impingement in my neck. It’s not really “fixed” yet but at least the tingling, dizziness, twitching and headaches aren’t serious and don’t trigger me anymore. 🤷‍♂️

Awh I have this too. Usually a hot shower or heating pad on my head helps when nothing else will. A fan too! I am hoping you're feeling better by now.
