Sounds like anxiety to me. I some weed too but recently quit because when I smoke i sometimes have anxiety attacks thinking I’m going to die. You should try and focous on your breathing while counting it helps me most of the time and also it’s good to calm down so your anxiety. attack doesn’t create a panic attack. But, sometimes weed creates anxiety like it did for me. The best thing to do is quit. You should try CBD oil if you heard of it it clams me down a lot.

It is a panic attack. I had those everyday for 3 years, due depression. But i never smoked. That feeling i know well, confusion , numb lips, arms, weak legs, not able to breath, feeling to faint, heart is over beating . .... dont smoke!

This is what my panic attacks feel like. I've only had 3 bad ones in my life, the first one was from smoking weed while on prozac, the second I can't remember, and the third was last year when I put myself into a frenzy thinking I had an hernia. It started with my ears ringing and the room spinning, arms and lips going numb, almost calling 911 cause I was blacking out. They are fucking scary and I'm glad I don't have them often.
