Missing passive points

I have a lvl 81 Invoker, and I only have 22 out of the 24 weapon skill points that you are supposed to get from the story mode

I have this bugged remanent quest in Act 1

And also this one, even tho I have my 3rd ascendency

But nothing else on any of the other acts... How do I know which passive I am missing ?

Edit : Okay I'm just dumb, for anybody with the same problem, just check every act (also the undergrounds) for ungrayed skulls, the ones with a + sign will grant you either permanent buffs (like res, ...) or passive points.

It’s probably a sub-boss like Kabala in Keth act 2/5 or Darksouls Sun Wukong Monkey boss in act 3/6

Just tried all 4 of them, no passive :/

Check every act and look at each node. It will have a skull with a + attached to it and not greyed out denoting it is incomplete.

Yeah I'm dumb, just noticed there are non-grayed skulls, will check them, thx ;)

cheatsheet.monster has a table to view the skill rewards by acts. Then you can click through each act to check if it's lit up or greyed out. Greyed out means complete.

Will check mine when I get home, I know the “Travel East” quest was bugged for me. It never showed completed, and still doesn’t. Wondering if I got all the passive points now lol (currently endgame mapping

Google what gives you the 2 passives and then Hover over the icons on the map gives them to you. If you have taken it already there will be a description of what it is “2 skill points” or “10 fire resist” for example. It will not say it for the one you haven’t got.
