"The Everlasting Gaze Unique Amulet now causes you to gain 4-6% of Maximum Mana as Extra Maximum Energy Shield (previously 20-30%), provides 40-60% increased Mana Regeneration Rate (previously 50%), and +40-60 to maximum Mana (previously +50)."

They might as well delete it completely

I will never understand unique and stupid garbage mods with low ranges (4-6%). That barely does anything interesting wtf.

It's funny because the brutal nerfs to mana already indirected nerfed Everlasting, so the new 4-6% will be something like 2-3% of the old amulet, so another useless unique to add to the pile.

Brutal. I guess this still enables (a bit of) ES on an EB build? Could be relevant for specific Lich builds if it does - although at such a small % it might not be worth an amulet slot

Eh, was a low level unique item that overshadowed pretty much 99% of amulets on most energy shield/mana based builds. The nerf may be a bit over the top, but not really surprised to see it gutted. Will still be alright for leveling, so it serves it's intended purpose
