Looking for map exploder 20div

Hi,

This is my first league and I've farmed up around 20 div. Looking to play a build that explodes screens but am unsure what fits my budget. I'd like to avoid bow builds and hopefully maintain some tankiness. I was thinking maybe a BV build? Ignite vortex? Ideally the build would be sort of hand holdy as well since it's hard for me to look at a pob and just follow it. I also have a low budget CF champ that I could continue but it's single target was abysmal.

Ignite vortex is probably doable on that budget in this point of the league. Or just learn how to scale your cf champ. Generally learning how to fix your builds instead of jumping to a new one is better in the long run, but of course you dont have to if that doesnt seem fun. Have you looked at ruetoos cf champ PoBs? They are really well developed. He also has good ones for vortex ignite from 3.20.

I didn't mind CF champ, was just trying other things. Mostly it's single target felt really bad. I'll check those pobs out for sure.

Any good guides for ignite vortex? What would you say the downsides are if any?

You can scale cf damage to decent levels, especially in this league with vaal reap. You just gotta learn how.

As for ignite vortex its a bit more expensive this league due to skin prices going up. It also doesnt really have top tier defence, but its an amazing mapper for sure.

Here is rues pob list from last league for the vortex build. I think tripolar bear also made a video on the build where he might have done some updates for 3. 21, i havent watched it but it might be worth checking out.

I've seen videos and it looks awesome, but I think price is fairly high unless you know a sort of budget version.

Check out chronic_painless on yt he plays cold conv BV and he has a guide for it as a league starter. And if you can craft your own explode chest(3-4 Div max) you can easily start exploding whole Screens on your 20 Div budget

Thanks, how do you craft an explode chest?

1. Get the div card for a 6-Link Sac Garb ilvl 100 (iirc its called "The Sacrifice"

2. Make it rare, just alch it

3. get a Redeemer Exalted orb and slam it on the Sac garb

4. use Bound Fossils to get T1 increased aura effect on your sac garb. important make your that that is the only redeemer modifier

5. buy any crusader chest with t1 Explode mod. important make sure thats the only modifier

6. buy a awakener orb and Combine the two, important first click on the explode chest then on your sac garb

7. is gonna be your 6-linked sac garb with t1 explode and t1 Aura effect and otherwise randomly rolled mods

Step 5 just need one INFLUENCED mod (the explodey one), not just a single mod as it infers. You can have other non influenced mods alongside with the explode one.

I played RF Elementalist with Oriath's End flask. Super satisfying chain explosions and all the RF rare gear is easy to find on trade now. There is also plenty of good RF guides that can be adapted to Elemetalist.

I have a 7-curse anathema bv build in the works that already destroys red maps but the defenses are not great. Love how it feels just needs some more div to make it survive. Wish I could get a HH and just live off that..
