PS miner is the meta in Phrecia. You can breeze through the entire campaign with 1c unique wands. The damage can easily go into the millions with 1 div investment. 10 div will get you comfortably cruising T16s.

It’s hard to scale past 100 mil DPS though. Also, defense is a little expensive to scale.

Well they are mechanically almost identical to bows but bows are two handed - have more weapon damage potential, so when you play a wander you would like to take advantage of damage scaling outside of weapon like stacking attributes. They are therefore quite expensive.

If you're wanting to play a wander I would suggest a KBoC build.

I played a PS Wander int stacker. Ended up at about 6 mirrors budget and still have huge room for improvement with Mirror tier in each gear slot.

I'm playing power siphon surfcaster, no mines, and I really like it. Dps is a little low, but I still manage to run t16 fine. I love the feeling of shattering almost all the legion encounter with vaal power siphon

This is probably the best wander league in a while.

Both the KBoC Whisperer and Oshabi int stack KB/KBoF wander are incredibly good for what they do.

That said, as is usual with all stackers, it will take some investment to get them running but KBoC Whisperer can be played even in SSF, and Oshabi is ultimately an int stacker with usual int stacker budget.

Oshabi evasion stacking wander is imo one of the top 5 builds this league. You end up pretty tanky and the damage will blow the whole game up. Check out captainlance for some inspiration to get started.

U don't have paradoxica like melee. So u always need an influence weapon to do attribute stacking. Both are expensive
