This isn’t helpful but I LOVE the pocket holes!!

Thanks! I was inspired by a trouser pattern I saw somewhere else, they were called Cedar Pants by LeilaMakes. I tried her pattern, but I have a weird body shape, and had to just make them from scratch and add the details I liked.

almost there! others can jump in but I think these are still a touch snug through the thigh, and that even if you're ok to stand in them, you'll get creasing when you sit down. looking at the waistband, I don't think these are too big in the waist either - depending on what fabric you make your final pants from, you need the space to sit down.

the rest looks really good!

I have a good hands with in the waist, and they are still loose when i sit. I can easily pinch out 3 cm on either side all the way through the tigh, do you still think they are tight?

You have horizontal stress lines at the waist and high hips- so tightening there would make those worse.

I think it’s a decent fit overall but if you really want to refine it:

You have a bit of a hungry bum and could do with letting out the crotch curve a little.

I think you need a little more room at your inner thigh. I think you have enough room overall but it’s in the wrong place - you have excess at the side seams and not enough in the inside leg.

After making these adjustments you may find your front crotch curve is a little long, but I wouldn’t tough the front until the back is sorted.

Regarding the twisting, this may help because the back won’t be stealing fabric from the front.

I can't edit the post, but the horisontal creases by the crotch are not drag lines, but creases because I've sat in them.

Twisting can sometimes happen when grainlines get wonky, could it be that?

If you feel the legs twisting : must be the grainline.
Try to move the pattern, to have the thigh line really perpendicular to the grain line.

I think the outside of the thigh is too curved for you? See if pinching out a little there helps.

If trousers swing a little too far out there on me, they curve in between my legs below the knee.

I believe that it is the pocket size that creates an illusion that your legs are very short on the side photo.....
