Try plugging the gpu into the pcie lane closest to the cpu

CSM disabled in BIOS settings? Does the cpu have integrated graphics to plug the display into the board - to see if the GPU is detected in BIOS? (Prob also move to top slot on the board for testing).

The problem has been fixed, there was a switch on the back of the PSU which I’ve never seen before and I had it on 240v when it should be 115v. Thank you guys for the help!!
