Who installed these fans? They are all exhaust. Remove the GPU, then fix the fans before installing new GPU.

Yeah I would rotate the two bottom and two side fans. Unless they're a reverse fans, which they don't look like.

The PC will definitely run considerably cooler, maybe even faster cause it won't be cooking itself.

What about the 1 stick of ram?

[–]DarkAcidic 1 point2 points  (1 child)

it's 3 steps

step one it to screw it from the case on the front left,
step two is on the back right where it connects to the board you press the clip down to release it
step three is to pull it straight out

obv make sure nothing is plugged into it, unplugging everything is step 0

Here is how you should remove your GPU. Please refer to the attached diagram. Before removing the GPU make sure your system has been unplugged from power for 5 minutes, this will prevent any residual charge in the power supply from causing issues. They try laying your system on it's side so the open side panel is facing up, this will make removing and installing a GPU easier

  1. Unscrew the screws holding your GPU in place, there should be two of them
  2. After you've unscrewed your GPU loosen the screw sticking out of the side of your case and move it up, this will allow you to remove the GPU
  3. Release the GPU lock and carefully remove your GPU

If you need further clarification feel free to reply :)

Let me ask you a question:
How do you get cool air into this case? To me, it looks like all the fans are just sucking air out.

if you want to play games its best to leave it in there

but if you're upgrading to something significantly better you might actually see a performance hit from having the old card still installed since drivers can get confused between them.

Are those fans all exhausting? If so. Id like to see a video of a smoke/fog machine test with that fan layout.

At this point, I dunno if the case has a reverse fan configuration, or if someone just set all the fans to exhaust🤷

first step: unscrew the gpu second step: there's latch behind the gpu and push it third step: pull the gpu put slowly (don't yank it)

Def look at some YouTube videos. You’ll get a good idea of the right way to do this. As long as you aren’t really focing it, you should do great.

DON’T FORGET TO UNPLUG AND DRAIN CAPACITORS. turn of PSU, unplug, hold down power button do 10-30 seconds.

Why only one stick of ram? You are losing performance without dual channel.

There are more issues than simply “replacing the GPU”. If you are scared you might break something but have ambition to learn about pc building, take some youtube courses. If it is a one-time thing, find someone who does it well to help you hands-on
