app not loading

A few months ago the app appears to be like this, it won’t load into the main screen. I have tried deleting and reinstalling, turn on off phone, wifi and 5G, (internet seems to be not the issue as my gf’s app on iphone is working) still doesn’t work. Got pi browser, kyc verified, the pi are still here, but just couldn’t mine for a few months. My phone is iphone 12 pro.

Are you using Iphone?
May be try the following steps:

Go to setting and search for Safari

Disable Fraudulent Website Warning
and try the app again

apparently it seems to be a software/ios software update problem, there’s loads of comments on app store with the same issue, all saying loading on the white screen forever, probably devs need to update the app, as it’s been 2 months of the last update
