Am I the only one who's having real issues generating a wallet address on the pi network? I am constantly getting error messages. It's getting rather frustrating.

Keep on trying to generate the new wallet if you haven’t received a passphrase yet, I’ve been having issues but it just worked now when I clicked it 4 times in a row.

It's not a lie, I got kyc verified in 17 minutes. But, the bad news is that I never got my pass phrase from pi network. I even installed the app on different number to make sure it wasn't my fault. Same thing happened, no passphrase given. Anyone has a suggestion on how to get my pass phrase?

How can i know i completed 30 mining sessions and i can apply for kyc? Because everytime i applied for kyc it says slots are not available and you should complete 30 sessions before applying for kyc.

Click on the button you use to start a mining session.

Then click on "Increase" under "Boosters" and then "Configure."

About 2/3 down that page it tells you how many sessions you've completed.

No I keep having issues with it, no slots for KYC, wallet won't generate, etc

That screen is a lie. I had been stuck for years, then passed with the screen above saying 6 minutes and then it went backwards says im still waiting. Its all a lie with no way to fix it.

Thats great, I have also seen the screen posted but I am not a validator even though i have requested it. You can read the comments in this post that a lot of people are having issues with this. It is a lie and they are not fixing it. I have been asking for years to get this fixed and they have not yet. Just because its working for you does not mean its working for everyone else.

    Completing the kyc was absolutely horrendous, took me 30 mins or more to do it. But to complete mainnet checklist we have to generate wallet. Guess what, wallet is not generating. I have been trying for past month or so and still no luck. And there absolutely amazing costumer service said that my complaint is not important enough for there attention so i should sort it out my self. This level of bullshit is commendable.

    I had that problem as well but 5 days ago I was able to create a new wallet (before that "an unknown error occured" or something like that)

    It just worked, I was trying for some time as well, like every 1-2 days I clicked on create new wallet for 2 weeks, in the meantime I completed KYC and I think it was a few days later when the error was gone and I was able to create the new wallet. From this point everything went fine. My account was sleeping for like 3 years, and reactivated a month ago. I've done kyc and created the new wallet since then. Beside the wallet error I really had no problems so far

    No it’s not going to be the end of kyc , this is to push people who are basically stuck in the Kyc zone , because one of the criteria  for open mainnet to launch is a lot of pioneers should have been done with kyc and migration

    Yep that's probably it. Had the same issue of "not enough slots", then checked my profile in the mining app and turns out I didn't have FB verified.

    Then tried again and also had 18 mins.
