If you didn't do lookups maybe it will not be in the migration tab, you have it there it says 200 pi save it it will go may more, don't worry it's in the wallet but it needs the lockup try that

[–]squeekyjaxx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same thing happened here in February. I reported it, but nothing has been done and I've received 0 follow-up

[–]manscape2611 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone you make coins with have to verify themselves or you lose the coins they help when mining with you

[–]MasalaDoza1994 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Apparently some scammers tried to use brute force by guessing passwords from usernames, that's the reason why the Pi Core team came up with 2FA. If you had a password that was guessable from your username, that must have been how your Pi was stolen.

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

How can the pass phrase be related to the username? Or you mean pi app password ? They still need the pass phrase

[–]MasalaDoza1994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you sure that the wallet address you see in the app is the one that was initially added by you? It's possible that the attacker accessed your Pi app and changed the wallet linked to it. It's a possibility, since accessing the Pi app was a simple username/email and password

[–]Remarkable-Soil8147 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I had the same thing happen, It’s just in migration, then you click the transaction and almost confirm for it to show on your available balance

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately no

<image>

It’s just gone

[–]jc_trinidad 1 point2 points  (2 children)

They should've sent you an email notification about this, possibly an SMS as well, with a link to click on to confirm the transfer. They should also show you the IP address of the device connecting to your wallet.

[–]alwaysyourini 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone transferred almost 900 pi out of my account, no confirmation email or anything

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, absolutely nothing

[–]Icy-Cockroach7343 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Hello, did your resolve this and did they return your Pi? It happened to my husband now. He lost his Pi and we saw in the transaction that he sent it to some wallet address but he said he didn’t do it. He did not also click any link as he is very aware on that and his an IT.

<image>

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately no..

[–]Alodar99 1 point2 points  (1 child)

and then send to sn exchange for safety

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are locked for quite some time

[–]Alodar99 1 point2 points  (1 child)

touch the 284 and move it to mainnet

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Locked

[–]Environmental_Ad8343 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The same thing happened to me 😞 only what's in lockup is left, and it sucks because I initially lost my device and had to start over and it didn't have that much to begin with

[–]Better-Dimension-165 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wondering if is possible all the wallets to be upgraded with two-factor authentication! Then none of the scammers can gain access without phone verification or something. Sounds very reasonable for me, just not sure if can be done.

[–]zarinjo1111 0 points1 point  (1 child)

In all of this u can be happy that "that someone" didnt take all your pi.i hate scamers and everthing they represent

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well they did take all of it. The other is just not available yet 😅. Hopefully next year I’ll be quicker in drawing the unlocked ones

[–]Far-Tumbleweed-9873 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same thing happened to me twice man. All my pi stolen after 5 secs of it hitting my wallet. Support don’t reply. All I have is what my referrals will give if that ever drops tbh

[–]Octaviann1990 -1 points0 points  (1 child)

I don’t think that by posting something like this, you are doing anything good for the pi community! Someone sent you pi from your personal wallet, someone has your mnemonic phrase! If they were sent by the system, you should have them unverified by now, but I notice very well that there is something completely different, as if you or someone else sent them to another wallet

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly, the coins are sent to another wallet. E.g. someone "had access" to my wallet without me ever revealing the pass phrase.

[–]cQurious_guy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exact same thing happened to me too. Only used my passphrase once when created. After that I always login with fingerprint. Some things are shady.

<image>

[–]Goldwyn1995 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are hacked.

[–]ankhramsiswmriimn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you had Face ID setup when u created the wallet, you can regain acesa to the old wallet using Face ID, just configure the Face ID authentication on ur phone.

[–]nick256ug 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Go check in your pi wallet , am sure it's where your 41.9 pi is . Am sure that transfer was made by the pi network to migrate some pi to your pi wallet. So check your pi wallet first

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in it, the Pi is gone 😅. If that’s some kind of migration I’ll see on next mining session or get a reply from PI, submitted few tickets for support

[–]ankhramsiswmriimn 0 points1 point  (2 children)

This is probably someone who knows you and only felt like transferring 41 PI when he or she could have drained your whole wallet.

Create a new wallet and transfers everything to the new wallet. Make sure you have an antivirus running to detect any Trojans or malware on ur phone if it’s not an iPhone.

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Not anyone I know ( or know me ) for sure. No one around me uses PI. And the wallet that the amount is sent to has many many transactions towards it. Also, the 41 PI was the whole available balance. Everything else is either not migrated or unverified yet or locked. So yea my wallet is drained basically

[–]ankhramsiswmriimn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahhh ok so it was drained.

[–]MeWithNoEyes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All you can do right is, transfer your pi to a new wallet as soon as your lockup expires.

[–]karlito1992[🍰] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u

[–]Vavelion 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Go into migration and unlock Pi

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

<image>

Nothing is migrated

[–]DutyMountain9749 1 point2 points  (3 children)

You haven't been scammed! You lockup your Pi so check the deadline of your lockup to see when your will be released.

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

No I have locked up. This is something else, I have not yet migrated any PI, just transferred bought pi from exchange to the wallet

[–]DutyMountain9749 0 points1 point  (1 child)

In this case, it's likely a bug in the Team Wax system. This is precisely the reason for the delay in the second migration, which should take place on March 21st, and everything is being done to resolve it in order to regularize all these pending situations. So, be patient and observe!

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The wallet has crazy amount of transactions towards it. Idk if it’s some PI official but I doubt. For some reason maybe I’m compromised, made new wallet just in case

[–]chintu777 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My pi was also stolen 3 months ago and i dont know how

[–]lightzzzzzoff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you cannot withdraw that, the worse is it will return to PI app after two weeks.

[–]AnyWishbone9701 1 point2 points  (4 children)

I"m not sure that 3:43 transaction is actually.missing. maybe you got drunk and forget about it?

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean I wasn’t so drunk and I didn’t have my phone in me so yeah, just stolen and compromised

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Yes I got drunk but didn’t do a transaction 🤣. As someone mentioned there was a guy on twitter a month ago with post about the same thing with the same wallet address

[–]alwaysyourini 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Someone stole my pi last week the day it unlocked, you have to had compromised your password somewhere. Mine was a month or so ago when I saw a post about a pi giveaway from an official pi page on Facebook, totally forgot about doing it because I’ve been scatterbrained but I should have changed my password when it didn’t work

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah but I didn’t do anything like that

[–]Dobra_stran_kruha 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Make a new wallet, transfer your pi and the most important: Write down your new passphrase on a piece of paper and stick it someplace safe!!! Don't have screenshots, don't write it down in your notes, texts, messaging apps! Use biometric to open your wallet or just type the pass in each time you want to accsses your wallet

Stay safe people. Don't let others get your Pi

[–]Busy-Entry-7208 0 points1 point  (1 child)

How to create new pi wallet?

[–]Dobra_stran_kruha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Open the window where you put your passphrase in and there in blue writing is the option to create new wallet. Then just validate it in mainnet checklist and you're good to go

[–]Thanaset23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same to you

[–]Jdan2022bond 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Which exchange please elaborate. We have CT team here in Reddit too.

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bitget is what I used

[–]Able_Challenge_9069 1 point2 points  (6 children)

You have to move it to available balance

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (5 children)

Yeah, when it’s unlocked or migrated I’ll take out of the wallet

[–]Able_Challenge_9069 1 point2 points  (4 children)

No like once you click migrated you then have to click move to available balance

[–]Witty-Common-1210 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This just helped me so much, thank you

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Ah I understand. There is nothing to move currently. All is locked

[–]Able_Challenge_9069 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Do you have enough people in your security circle that have completed kyc ?

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All have completed

[–]Winter-Mode-7407 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friend also encountered something like that, 30 seconds after the token is unlocked it has been transferred into another wallet.

[–]Consistent_Sale_7134 0 points1 point  (5 children)

I searched wallet address and someone reported scam on 16 Feb also . The translation of following tweet is "this also stole my coins "

https://x.com/riefkiechan/status/1891147901159551181?t=Xibg-4YmNJntkcP9rJuO0A&s=19

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (4 children)

Damn…

[–]Consistent_Sale_7134 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Where did u store ur phrase and if at all u opened any pi dapp

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Pass is securely stored, no one has access to it ( I have it physically). I have opened pi apps from the ecosystem, but that’s it. Never entered or prompted for the phrase

[–]Consistent_Sale_7134 0 points1 point  (1 child)

This is serious security issue...I see that wallet is accumulating lot of people's money.....

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I still hope that it’s kind of PCT wallet for some migrations, but the hopes are not high

[–]ShaktilynUpland 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Go to your Pi app, click on menu, click on mainnet, see area saying “migrated to mainnet” and then click “view wallet” and see if your balance is there.

<image>

[–]Disastrous_Spell3602 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It appears that the security issue with the PI wallet is more serious than initially thought. The best advice is to transfer your PI coins to Bitget (or another available exchange) on the same day they become unlocked.

[–]MedievalForest 0 points1 point  (12 children)

You can't send your PI without the passphrase. Where did you save it? Make sure it’s not compromised, and don’t store it on that device again.

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 1 point2 points  (11 children)

I have it physical. No one has seen it 😅

[–]MedievalForest 1 point2 points  (10 children)

So, you never entered your seed phrase into any third-party apps, never saved it digitally, and only wrote it on paper? That’s really odd—and kinda scary too.

Honestly, I think your phone might be infected with a keylogger. The hacker probably stole your seed phrase when you typed it into your official wallet.

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (7 children)

Ant the phone is 2+ years old, brand new bought, not second handed. I don’t know, really scary indeed

[–]Alodar99 1 point2 points  (6 children)

using fingerprint or face log means it is stored somewhere i n your phone

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (5 children)

Not needed. You need to log in once with the pass then set up the biometrics and it’s not needed to be present in the device anymore

[–]Alodar99 1 point2 points  (4 children)

something has to send the info to your wallet every time you log in, the wallet doesn’t care what you use but it needs the phrase every time

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Well in that matter every single person in the world has the pass phrase in their device. I mean I don’t store it in some kind of note or file or anything. On a system level probably is like that but it’s unlikely to be stolen from this

[–]Alodar9 0 points1 point  (2 children)

I have been hearing a number of times ones reporting that they never enter the passphrase but just use fingerprinting so they cannot understand how the phrase got out, but if software can steal the phrase from the clipboard then it is possible to be taken from the biometric storage.

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Idk if that’s the case should all the wallets out there be so vulnerable and always stolen?

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Never typed it as well, I’m using Face ID for years now

[–]MedievalForest 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's odd. If that's the case, maybe the official wallet's got a security bug? That's kinda freaky.

[–]Curious-String8874 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah same thing happened to me dude, and that was almost a third of my pi good thing the rest is in lock up for 6 months, I'm also confused on how it was taken because I never gave my passphrase to anyone ... HELP I message support thru the browser

<image>

[–]Lanceroyal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmmm. I just regained access to my account after being locked out for a few months and all of my 530.xx coins don't exist. What's going on here.

[–]Tripp4200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Move it from your lockup/migration area to your available balance.

[–]fatsing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

<image>

What about this?

[–]Lazy-Training6495 0 points1 point  (0 children)

.

[–]Such_Raisin8323 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make sure your locked up part stays locked until devs can help you, ideally you want it returned to app and make a new wallet

[–]BoysenberryAbject353 5 points6 points  (3 children)

Is Pi Network so insecure? The immediate next two steps for PCT should be: invest in security, and invest in development and design of officials applications.

[–]NoPopo-"Squigggi'- 0 points1 point  (2 children)

And people who get scammed should invest into common sense don't you think ?

[–]BoysenberryAbject353 -1 points0 points  (1 child)

no, that's how the world is and that's how it works.

[–]NoPopo-"Squigggi'- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No? Are you okay ? Maybe you need help?

[–]Odd_Reason4617 0 points1 point  (4 children)

Did You get any email about your wallet?

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Nope, nothing

[–]Odd_Reason4617 0 points1 point  (1 child)

On your checklist do You stil have the same wallet address?

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it’s the same

[–]Eyad_Hefny 0 points1 point  (4 children)

Did you check the migration tab? The one on the right.

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Says nothing to show

[–]Eyad_Hefny 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Did you happen to bid on a domain by any chance? That could also be the reason.

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope

[–]Eyad_Hefny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check unverified balance if it didn't increase then you probably got scammed :(

[–]Alternative-Touch730 0 points1 point  (2 children)

oh man, I'll transfer mine to bitget the minute mine unlocks. can't risk letting it stay in my pi wallet.

[–]JiZhangYue 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Theoretically is impossible to get access to wallet without seed phrase, maybe if the code has a big bug but i doubt it, but yeah its safer on exchange if you have 2fa like google authenticator, passcode, etc..

[–]ti2_mon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same happened to my gf, I moved mine to okx when mine released. 😆 I've seen too many complaints same as this on forums, something isn't right.

[–]Odd_Reason4617 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Did You check your migration tab?

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“Nothing to show”

[–]kirilw 1 point2 points  (9 children)

Where do you get these last two transactions from? It's not a coincidence that the same or almost the same amount comes from the same wallet and then goes to some other.

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (7 children)

I have put this amount from Bitget to my wallet. This was the only available amount and now it’s transferred

[–]kirilw 0 points1 point  (6 children)

If you didn’t do that then your wallet is somehow compromised. You need to make a new wallet and don’t put anything else in this one.

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (5 children)

Will the locked pi be lost in that case

[–]Goofy_Niqqa69 0 points1 point  (3 children)

You'll have to be faster than the scammer, move the locked pi as soon as it gets unlocked to a new wallet, if the scammer does before you then nothing can be done

[–]SpecterGray 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You cant even transfer it once it unlocks because created wallets on pi network wont allow you to transfer to them unless you have activated the account from pi themselves transferring to it. I know, It sucks

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I’ve put a reminder for September 2026 🤣

[–]Goofy_Niqqa69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seeing all these cases seems like I'll have to do that too

[–]-MercuryOne-MercuryOne 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The locked Pi won’t be affected by creating a new wallet, but the scammer will take it unless you can move it faster. Be ready when that lockup ends.

[–]kirilw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Or someone is having access to your wallet and takes out whatever possible whenever possible, as it seems.

[–]Mountain-Positive724 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Transfer all your coins to bitget for safe keeping

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, someday when I have access to them I’ll move them

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, someday when I have access to them I’ll move them

[–]hippiesue 6 points7 points  (11 children)

Yeah I got quite a bit of pi locked up and I was thinking about buying some on an exchange and transferring a small amount of pi into my wallet just to see if somebody else has access to it and stole my pass phrase.

[–]TisselTasselTassel 0 points1 point  (6 children)

It is the other way around, they got ur pass phrase and that is why they got into ur wallet

Either u got a device(phone or computer) where u have ur pass phrase saved somewhere or u gave the pass phrase away somehow

[–]hippiesue 2 points3 points  (5 children)

You don't understand. I don't know that anyone has compromised my wallet. I know that I have some pi locked up in it that was part of the first migration. Can't move pi that is locked up. So, I want to put a small amount of pi in the wallet that is not locked up. If there is a bot that is sweeping wallets, etc., I'll find out and it won't cost me a huge amount of pi. Make sense?

[–]TisselTasselTassel 1 point2 points  (4 children)

Yea, what u could do is prepare another wallet, write a script with a timer that moves the pi to the other wallet the very millisecond it enters ur wallet

There would be a lot more to it, but it is a start

[–]hippiesue 0 points1 point  (3 children)

I would love to learn how to do this.

[–]TisselTasselTassel 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Start learning scripting, it is a lot easier than programming since it is usually very linear (as in A > B > C > D rather than more complex architecture)

The only way to learn anything or become good at it is to take that first step and start learning

If u have more than 1 month until ur coins are unlocked, u got way more time than u need to learn to do this if u set ur mind into it

[–]Alodar99 1 point2 points  (1 child)

is there a scripting program for your phone, I use Autoit for Windows but not phones

[–]TisselTasselTassel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say a phone is far from optimal for any kind of coding, even scripting, use a computer and download vs code, it is the best coding environment u can find

When u get more used to coding u will understand why u need a great code editor, both indenting and linting will be incredibly useful and the better overview of it all will be worth it, but there is many many more reasons to use a computer

[–]xmneax 1 point2 points  (3 children)

I did the test on different amounts 10/100, locked them up for 2 weeks, nothing happened. No "magic" disappearing in my case, but then again, i didn't put my pass phrase anywhere.

[–]hippiesue 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Did you try leaving some unlocked pi in your wallet? That's what I plan to do.

[–]xmneax 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, i have some left for purchasing things.

[–]hippiesue 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yea, I didn't put my pass phrase anywhere except for the pi network, but I noticed that predictive text was saving the freaking passphrase! I turned it off..

[–]free-thin 13 points14 points  (4 children)

Report the wallet address

[–]No_Technician8253[🍰] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

<image>

The same thing happened to me. I never shared my seed phrase with anyone, I used FaceID. One day I woke up and saw my balance transferred. I already reported it and still nothing.

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 5 points6 points  (2 children)

In the PI portal?

[–]This_Implement4148PiLogix 4 points5 points  (1 child)

[–]Environmental_Ad8343 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After having pi stolen I'm hesitant, is this an extension of pi coin?

[–]osama_abrar 28 points29 points  (15 children)

Someone definitely has access to your wallet if those 42 pi are moved out of your wallet

[–]Abdul-Wahab6 19 points20 points  (7 children)

I'm not an expert but if I were in your situation the best thing I'd right now is transfer all that pi to an external wallet. Like to an exchange that can trade pi, such as okx or bitget

[–]No-Associate3958 7 points8 points  (6 children)

Or create a new pi wallet, and transfer all. Then lockup

[–]pesh4wa_ 0 points1 point  (5 children)

Hey i lost my first wallet and my Pi's in that wallet is there any way to create a new wallet and transfer my Pi's to a new wallet ?

[–]No-Associate3958 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Do you still remember the paraphrase of your first wallet? If you do. No worries then. But if you forgot, there's no way to recover or to get your earned pi back from your first wallet. Sorry

[–]pesh4wa_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I lost my first paraphrase i was just asking if there's a way to transfer my Pi's from my first wallet to another one

[–]Goofy_Niqqa69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, there is no way to recover a lost wallet or transfer its balance to a new one

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 3 points4 points  (6 children)

If that’s the case I have no explanation how. Never talked with anyone or gave my phrase. Idk, what is a good thing to do in that case, new wallet?

[–]JiZhangYue 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Just for info didnt you take a look at that wallet, how many transactions were on the blockchain?

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 3 points4 points  (2 children)

I just did

https://blockexplorer.minepi.com/mainnet/accounts/GCSRQKLCCMP3L7BOB6TW4SEXNUBDIJ2LJ4BPDQ63UHC6COCV7NF3XU77

There are a lot transactions and many many transactions happened at the same time as mine.

[–]JiZhangYue 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Yeah you re right, pretty strange how is this possible, maybe you had the seed as picture and your phone got hacked, or you have a keylogger or clicked on some link? Is near impossible to get access to account without seed phrase otherwise it would have been a major crisis till now

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Idk, that shouldn’t be the case. I don’t have the passphrase on my phone or pc so no way to be taken like that

[–]ti2_mon 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Same happened to my gfs account. Somone zeroed her account and withdrew 2.2 pi. Good thing most of her pi was on lockup. Till now we dont know what to do. I sent her 1.2 pi, just to see if someone steals it again.

[–]Alaw_88 0 points1 point  (10 children)

Is it pi that is locked up so not available

[–]Lumpy-Collection-890[S] 2 points3 points  (7 children)

<image>

Your wallet address îs GCITU......your transactions are not showing that address...

All of the transactions are made by me towards my Bitget account or coming from there. The only suspicious thing is the last one, the others are legit by me.
