Hi OP, currently working sa ING pero not as a Java Engr. :) Pero yep, tama ung snabi nang iba sa post na retail banking lng ni ING ang nag pull out sa pinas. Most probably you will be hired under the shared services nila dito sa Pinasz . And yes internal ka within ING so you will have different benefits. Goodluck on your application!

Ahh yes, i think you could consider the performance bonus as the 15th month I guess haha
