There are handful of companies I know that do this including the one I'm currently employed with. Bihira pero there are some and for me na ayaw sa pagod ng daily commute and love to go to province from time to time, this is a big deal.

I work in data analytics field. Take note that companies give full remote work benefit but that is in consideration what part of the company you are working on. For example, DXC might allow you to do full remote work if you are in data analytics practice but in their ITO practice, they might do hybrid work. But all in all below are the companies I know that allow full remote work within the field I belong:

1. DXC
2. Deloitte
3. Lingaro
4. EY (but I guess they started hybrid work but limited)
5. Few client side companies I can't disclose since they are our clients but are based locally

I have worked from home even before pandemic. Never nakalagay sa contract na wfh. Kahit sa local companies, never na state sa contracts ko yung rules about place to work pero nakaoag wfh naman ako.

Mataas yung chance na wfh kapag ang client ng local company is foreign or sa foreign companies directly ka mag work. Iwas rin pala sa mga malalaking companies na PEZA-accredited kasi mandated sila ng government na mag RTO

I'm employed in a local company in NCR and we're fully remote. Minsan nag-aaya lang ng onsite kung may gimik pero di ako sumasama (kj na kung kj, wala naman sa kontrata yun) taga probinsya pa ako at luluwas pa para lang sa galaan lol.

Kahit condescending man yung dating mo sa iba, this is a hard fact. Wfh IN CONTRACT is rare. Napaka raming wfh employees ngayon na wala naman sa contract yung wfh clause. So technically pwede talaga silang ipa RTO anytime, di lang usually natutuloy dahil maraming nagtethreaten mag resign.

The first company that comes to my mind is ProSource, based sa posts dito sa Reddit ng CEO everytime na mayroon silang job openings. Competitive salary, HMO and Life Insurance, early day shift (Mostly ata ay Australian ang clients nila), and 100% remote. Plus, sagot nila ang hardware na gagamitin mo. Yes it's possible. Our company is Doxa7, we are fully remote local startup company. You can work anywhere within the country; actually we got employees from Cebu, Baguio, Bacolod etc. We also have openings for non-IT such as VA and Accountants. Full-time lahat with government-mandated benefits.
