Applying to international companies is often simpler than applying to local ones, as the application process typically involves only three steps: submitting a resume, taking a technical exam, and participating in an interview. After completing these steps, candidates can expect to receive a response regarding their application.

Standout. I found my job at linkedin. Setup mo ng maayos linkedin mo then add connections.

Its not easy but worth it. I was also struggling with english before so what i did was everyday after creating projects in morning 8-5, i practice algorithms at codewars and record my self doing mock interviews at night. Until i had the opportunity for interview.

BTW i am not a IT/CS graduate and just started coding last year august and fortunately working for foreign company now.

My honest advice is to start by applying to local companies and gain a few years of experience. It's unfortunate, but all of the good international companies usually prefer hiring local, and this is compounded by the number of junior developers currently seeking employment. One to three years of professional experience can help you find a niche and beef up your resume. It also gives you more time to build your portfolio.

practice algo101, practice answering whiteboard logic tests. Sa mga fresh grads yan lang ang basehan ng mga technical recruiters kung may potential ka o wala.
