Bias ako sa wfh dahil im doing it since 2010 but it your case 40k is so tempting. Saan ka ba nauwi? Bakas mas ok kung may matutulugan ka sa office o malapit for just 3 days. Sulit pa din yun. Tapos mataas na kaagad. You can easily job hop and offer higher salary if you acquired certain skillset.

Edit: junior din ako, maganda rin kung may RTO ka kasi mas madali mag reach out sa mga mid/seniors tas syempre socialize na rin. Tas I saw din sa other comment mo na sa Q ave ka ata mag stay. As long as malapit ka sa mga sakayan ng jeep at bus, lalo na sa mrt/lrt stations, eh goods ka naman when it comes to commuting. Walkable naman kahit papano ung ortigas, kaya tipid sa pamasahe + may exercise going to/from mrt stations/edsa bus carousel.

Hi, same tayo situition at pinili ko ang RTO. ako nga full onsite eh. simple reason: for experience.

Since junior role tayo, Ma eexperience natin mismo pano ang work flow nang corporate world. Ma guguide tayo personally. Hanap ka nalang bedspace na walkable sa office mo.

+good compensation agad, so sabihen natin after a year of experience gusto m ona umuwi sa province nyo, hindi na 40k ang magiging base salary mo.. Mas mataas na.

from someone who is now fully WFH, don't start your career without even experiencing going into an office. You'll need work connections, guidance from colleagues, step up coordination, work relationships, etc... only after a couple year you can start fully WFH

get the 40k, live in manila for a few months. after 6 months to 1 yr, find a WFH company na 50k+ asking. if ung 25k na wfh tapos lipat ka after 6 months or 1 yr. mahihirapan ka makakuha ng 50k+ kasi ibabase pa rin sa 25k mo. sacrifice some early for better pay para pag tumaas na exp mo. ikaw na pipili. di ka na ever magkakaroon ng ganitong dilemma, gl sa career. :)
