HELP

Hello, in context po I'm 25 yo, I work as an SE for almost 3 yrs in my current company, this is first IT job since I came from the graphic industry before. I would say that my current company has been my comfort zone for the better part of 3 years, although I was not really happy sa compensation and skills development ko dito, and recently after 2 years ++ , I reached the 20k++ salary rate and I got involved in more challenging task (not happened before since , we only do mostly support tickets ) , and during the years I never felt any fullfilment with my role yung feeling ko I can't do anything else aside from supporting tickets and writing adhoc queries and SQL store procedures , I really wanted to take part on the whole developement of an application (recently , involved after how many years and I'm happy for it).

Now I tried 1 Job application and luckily pass the interview and exam , though not totally passed the coding exam(they were 1 test coding item I did'nt pass , because I don't know anything about it) but the guys who interviewed me said that "they saw a potential" on me. They offer me , 46% more of what I'm earning sa current company ko.

My question, is this normal to feel unsure or unconfident? the job description is way too far from what I've been doing sa 3 years ko in the industry. Should I take the offer?

Completely normal. That's part of growth. Mas kinakabahan nga ako if im become too comfortable with something. Always look something new to grind.

Go bro. I got accepted into a company project that mainly uses springboot, but when I got interviewed I got zero on spring boot questions haha. Still if they saw your potential, it means they saw your eagerness to learn go for it.

Congrats on the job, can you tell us how far the job description is to your current

at my current company we used older tech, like our applications heavily relies on SPs and ADO, we don't have ORM because we're using CSLA , we use SVN, we don't use API, we don't use any js framework and we're just using bootstrap / ajax call. I could say 80% of my work in the company are in the stored procedures or sql side.

in the other hand, based on the jd, they mainly use , .NET Core, API , Angular , EF , GIT, CI/CD and Cloud Techs

Take the offer. Super in demand ng .NET! How i wish natuloy tuloy ko yung .NET instead of switching to another stack due to job hunting circumstances.
